Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate in Underwriting for Real Estate Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in underwriting lending opportunities and conducting financial modeling and analysis
• Perform market research and due diligence to evaluate financing requests and maintain credit quality
• Facilitate loan closings and ensure timely updates of loan documentation and credit files

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate financial modeling
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling for complex commercial real estate deals
