Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of life insurance underwriting experience with knowledge of risk assessment frameworks
• Experience in driving process automation with rules engines or decision platforms
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex datasets
• Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
