Senior Associate, Vaccine Implementation

Job Summary

Supporting high-impact global immunization initiatives, the full-time Senior Associate, Vaccine Demand & Implementation will manage project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge management for the RSV Global Communication and Advocacy Project while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day coordination across project workstreams, maintaining workplans, timelines, and deliverables tracking
• Support stakeholder engagement with global and regional partners, including managing communities of practice and preparing briefing materials
• Assist in the development and dissemination of knowledge products, ensuring project outputs are organized and aligned with messaging

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in global health, nonprofit, or international development preferred
• Bachelor's degree in global health, public health, international development, communications, or a related discipline
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with complex document preparation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom
