Senior Associate, Valuation Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Valuation Management Data Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reporting developments for the Valuation Management System
• Monitor incidents proactively and supervise workflow for timely deliveries
• Assist in executing new reporting and resolving non-compliant issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in an Associate level role
• Experience in PowerBI and/or Tableau is required
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL are necessary
• Intermediate understanding of Commercial Real Estate and Reporting
