Senior Associate, Value Insights

Job Summary

To support the US Value and Access Portfolio Coverage & Pricing team, the full-time remote Senior Associate, Value Insights will analyze federal and state legislative policies impacting the biopharmaceutical industry, develop financial models, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance patient access and organizational performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently design and maintain models and analytics to assess the impact of various legislations and policies
• Monitor and assess emerging healthcare policy trends and forecast their financial implications
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support decision-making and address business needs

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 6 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience in policy, finance, consulting, or analytics
• 2 years of experience analyzing federal and state policies impacting the biopharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with U.S. government pricing concepts and their implications for pricing and reimbursement
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is preferred
