Senior Associate, Warehouse Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Warehouse Administration & Finance Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational support of Warehouse Financing business and troubleshoot client inquiries
• Produce and maintain documentation to support client policies, procedures, and service level agreements
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure client needs are met and provide feedback in client meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 1 year in an Associate level role
• Knowledge of mortgage warehouse lending and ProMerit technology platform
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ProMerit
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
