Senior Associate, Workforce Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Workforce Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of service to various subsets of customers and pros
• Build reports and presentations to support business decisions related to forecasting and cost
• Execute yearly budgeting process and ensure alignment with the Finance organization

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in an analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including financial modeling experience
• Experience with Looker, SQL, or other data visualization tools is a plus
• Familiarity with SaaS like Salesforce is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
