Senior Assortment Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Assortment Planner to lead the development of optimized product assortments across selling channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage assortment plans for assigned product categories throughout their life cycle
• Develop data-driven assortment frameworks aligned with brand vision and financial targets
• Monitor in-season KPIs such as sales, gross margin, and inventory performance

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Merchandise/Assortment planning
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience with retail planning and forecasting systems preferred
