Senior Aternity Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Aternity Engineer to manage an Aternity platform in a government environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively track the health of applications and Windows/Mac endpoints
- Install, configure, and maintain Aternity agents and servers for accurate metric collection
- Analyze user experience data, identify bottlenecks, and generate reports on KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Science degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience with Aternity or similar monitoring tools, and 10 years overall IT experience
- Proficiency with the Aternity platform and knowledge of upgrade processes and patching
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or similar languages for automation
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, SQL, and Tableau
