Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Atlassian Consultant to design and optimize Atlassian solutions for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and build Jira projects, workflows, and automation rules according to design standards
• Design and implement JSM service desks and ensure alignment with service delivery requirements
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and mentor junior developers on Atlassian best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Atlassian products in a configuration or administration role
• Strong expertise in Jira configuration and experience with JSM service desks
• Proficiency in Confluence administration and documentation best practices
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience working independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities
