Senior Atlassian Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Atlassian Consultant will design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions while managing customer engagements and providing expert guidance on Atlassian products in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement architectural system solutions based on customer requirements
• Facilitate discussions with customers to identify key business and technical needs
• Manage customer engagements, ensuring effective scheduling, communication, and relationship enhancement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as an Atlassian Consultant, Administrator, or similar roles
• Proven track record in implementing and supporting Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and customer engagement
• Proficiency in technical skills such as command line, SQL, and scripting languages
