Senior Attorney - Arkansas Licensed, a full-time position, responsible for leading complex contract negotiations, advising on regulatory compliance, and managing dispute and litigation matters while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of client, vendor, and partner agreements
• Develop and implement negotiation strategies aligned with business objectives
• Advise on regulatory compliance and ensure contract adherence to legal requirements

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 5+ years' experience as an attorney
• U.S. license in good standing to practice law
• Demonstrated experience negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Experience as in-house counsel supporting commercial transactions preferred
