Senior Attorney - Regulatory Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Attorney - Contracts & Regulatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and draft technology and healthcare IT-related transactions
• Support legal and business teams in drafting and negotiating complex agreements
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state-specific PBM and pharmacy industry laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school; admission to practice in good standing
• 10+ years of experience in technology, healthcare IT, PBM, and transactional law
• Significant in-house experience in healthcare IT, PBM, or related fields
• Extensive experience in contract drafting and compliance with industry regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively with in-house counsel and business teams
