Senior Attorney, Regulatory Compliance

Job Summary

To navigate the evolving regulatory landscape, the full-time Senior Attorney, Regulatory Compliance will advise on state and federal healthcare regulations, focusing on PBM operations, licensing, and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and operationalize emerging state PBM and healthcare laws and regulations
• Advise internal stakeholders on compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations
• Support the drafting and negotiation of healthcare-related contracts to ensure regulatory alignment

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one state
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience, with a preference for 10+ years
• Significant experience in healthcare regulatory matters, particularly related to PBM and pharmacy
• Prior in-house legal experience is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of drug pricing transparency and healthcare compliance obligations
