Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Attorney to provide legal services on complex matters related to conservation priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on conservation real estate matters and other complex projects
• Review and prepare organizational documents, agreements, and contracts
• Supervise paralegals and potentially other attorneys and legal volunteers

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent and licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5 years of relevant legal experience or 3 years with significant responsibilities
• Experience negotiating complex transactions and agreements
• Experience with real estate transactions
