Senior Audiobook Production Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Production Manager, Audiobook Production (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support audiobook production from pre-production through final asset delivery
• Ensure consistency in audio quality and oversee vendor performance and delivery expectations
• Coordinate schedules, troubleshoot issues, and manage project pipelines using production management tools

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in audiobook production with increasing levels of responsibility
• Proven experience managing staff, including other managers or team leads
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workflows using production management tools
• Working knowledge of audio production tools and quality control practices
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
