Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Audit Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly bill audits for assigned clients
• Proactively identify areas of concern within recurring bills
• Direct team's workload, handle client escalations, and train team members on departmental processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4-5 years of customer service/medical insurance experience
• Experience and familiarity with 5500 filings to the IRS
