Senior Audit Associate, CPA Preferred

Job Summary

Leading audit engagements for venture capital funds, the full-time Senior Audit Associate, CPA Preferred will manage client relationships, provide technical expertise, and mentor audit staff while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise audit engagements from planning through completion for venture capital funds and related entities
• Develop risk-based audit plans focusing on investment valuation and fund-level risks
• Review fair value measurements of portfolio investments and ensure compliance with ASC 946 and GAAP

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of audit experience in public accounting
• Progress towards CPA exam required; CPA license preferred
• Experience auditing venture capital, private equity, or investment funds
• Familiarity with fund structures, capital account reporting, and fair value methodologies
