Senior Audit Manager

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of training programs, the full-time Senior Audit Manager will develop and enhance audit training curricula, focusing on AI-supported workflows and quality standards, while collaborating with various teams to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Owns and matures the audit training curriculum, including onboarding and ongoing certification for auditors
• Designs and evaluates training on audit guidelines and AI-supported workflows, ensuring content remains current
• Champions innovation in training delivery and establishes metrics to assess training effectiveness and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; focus on training, instructional design, or healthcare preferred
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience in training, learning and development, or quality audit roles
• AI-native experience with generative AI applications for training content design
• Strong instructional design skills to create engaging and measurable training curricula
• Proven ability to communicate training outcomes and performance metrics to leadership effectively
