Job Summary

Leading audit engagements for compliance functions, the full-time Senior Audit Manager will manage complex audits, evaluate control effectiveness, and provide actionable insights while mentoring team members in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Auditor in Charge on complex audits, managing the engagement from planning to execution
• Analyze audit results and documentation, synthesizing findings to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency
• Guide team members in executing corrective actions and ensuring impactful improvements to the control environment

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of audit experience, preferably with Big Four or G-SIB firms
• Strong understanding of regulations and financial industry best practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments, utilizing project management skills
• Experience applying critical thinking and data analysis in audit processes
• Knowledge of consumer compliance regulations such as UDAAP and TILA
