Senior Audit Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Owning and expanding relationships with audit partners, the full-time Senior Audit Partnerships Manager will lead a team of six, focusing on managing strategic partnerships and enhancing the partner network remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing audit partners across all customer segments
• Expand the audit partner network by onboarding new firms and reducing concentration risk
• Lead and develop a geographically diverse team of Audit Partnership Managers

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years in people management
• Background in the audit ecosystem, preferably as a former auditor (Big 4 or mid-market)
• Proven experience managing and growing external partner relationships
• Track record of building or scaling a partner network and driving quality programs
• Experience with international expansion or managing partners across multiple geographies preferred
