Senior Audit Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Audit Representative to manage billing processes and improve revenue cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance expectations and develop expertise for assigned practices
• Identify and implement revenue cycle improvement initiatives and provide regular status updates
• Perform ongoing claim analysis, quality audits, and statistical reporting for practices

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in medical claims and 2+ years in medical billing
• Moderate proficiency with computer applications, including EPIC and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work full-time with flexibility for 8-hour shift schedules
• Must be 18 years of age or older
