Senior Audit Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Audit Representative to manage the billing process and improve revenue cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance expectations and develop expertise for assigned practices
• Identify and implement revenue cycle improvement initiatives and provide analysis on operational and financial statistics
• Conduct ongoing claim analysis and quality audits, delivering feedback and training to staff

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of experience in medical claims and 2 years in medical billing
• Moderate proficiency with computer applications and experience with EPIC
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work full-time with flexibility in shift scheduling
