Senior Audit Representative

Job Summary

Proactively managing the billing process for designated practices, the full-time Senior Audit Representative will serve as the primary contact for Revenue Operations, focusing on revenue cycle improvement initiatives while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively manage financial performance expectations and develop expertise for assigned practices
• Conduct ongoing claim analysis and quality audits, providing feedback and training to staff
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure appropriate coding and billing practices, while developing standardized approaches for reporting and analysis

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in medical claims and 2+ years in medical billing
• Experience with EPIC and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility during business hours
• Must be 18 years of age or older
