Senior Auditor, Delegation Oversight

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Auditor, Delegation Oversight (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and performs pre-delegation and annual audits to ensure compliance with requirements
• Conducts detailed audits on delegates' policies and procedures to ensure quality service provision
• Develops corrective action plans and presents audit findings to delegation oversight committees

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of managed care experience, including 2 years of delegation oversight auditing experience
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively on multiple projects
• Experience collaborating across a highly matrixed organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Preferred certifications include LPN, LVN, CCD, CMAS, or CPHM
