Senior Author Trainer

Job Summary

Leading training strategy and championing pedagogical excellence, the full-time remote Senior Author Trainer will manage author workshops, facilitate training on new tools and AI integration, and oversee the organization's content accessibility program.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate author workshops and a multi-tiered training curriculum for new authors and Content Technology Developers (CTDs)
• Own and advance the content accessibility program, including tracking and remediating accessibility gaps
• Collaborate with product and platform teams, representing the Training and Authoring function at leadership meetings

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design, author training, or a similar learning & development role
• Strong people management skills with experience leading and developing direct reports
• Deep familiarity with accessibility standards and a commitment to inclusive content practices
• Comfort with tools like Airtable and the ability to manage data systems independently
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for diverse audiences
