Senior Automation Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of AI-driven automation solutions, the full-time Senior Agentic Consultant will work remotely to enhance efficiency and user experience across the organization while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using RPA platforms and ML models
• Implement process mining initiatives to identify optimization opportunities within the business
• Act as a trusted partner to teams, helping to reimagine workflows and adopt automation-first strategies

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in automation engineering or related digital transformation roles
• Skilled in RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere and workflow design
• Familiarity with ML techniques for classification, prediction, and optimization
• Strong understanding of enterprise digital systems and their integration with automation
• Experience in agile delivery and managing automation projects from ideation to adoption
