Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple tools as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manage troubleshooting, planning, and implementing releases/patches/upgrades
- Update documentation and manage change/incident tickets following ITSM processes
- Utilize automation jobs for the installation of various agents and tools
Required Qualifications and Education
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to pass enhanced background screening for Public Trust clearance
- System administration experience for Windows, Solaris, and RHEL OS
- 5-10 years of technical experience or a college degree
- Experience with automation tools and scripting (.bat and .sh); knowledge of Perl is a plus
- AWS Certification and knowledge of OpenText, Splunk, and IBM tools is a plus
