• Integrate tools and data sources into the ServiceNow platform to enhance automation capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new integrations adhere to best practices in architecture, security, and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years programming experience (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar)
• Experience building and maintaining system integrations and automations
• ServiceNow user or administrator experience
• Preferred experience with web services APIs (REST and SOAP) for integrations
