Senior Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Automation Engineer will manage the overall test strategy for products, develop and maintain automated tests, and advocate for quality best practices within the sprint team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure high test coverage and quick defect feedback
• Continuously improve test frameworks and manage product testing and planning within the sprint team
• Collaborate with the Product team to provide insights for impactful feature development and maintain quality metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in QA and automation testing with team leadership experience
• Proficiency in one of the following languages: Python, Typescript, Java, or Javascript
• Experience with API automation frameworks such as Pytest or REST Assured
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins
