Senior Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of automated processes, the full-time Senior Automation Engineer will focus on integrating RPA applications with enterprise systems and collaborating with business teams on RPA deployments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying and analyzing new process opportunities and documenting business processes in detail
• Designing and configuring automation solutions using RPA design principles and best practices
• Creating and maintaining solution documentation while supporting existing processes and implementing changes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development, preferably with RPA tools like UiPath and Blue Prism
• Experience with AI technologies, including Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with database systems and SQL
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tracking software like Jira
• Working knowledge of APIs, Web Services, and system integration
