Senior Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with HR and technical leadership, the full-time Senior Automation Engineer will define and enhance identity lifecycle processes, focusing on automation solutions for role-based access, provisioning, and deprovisioning across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with IT, HR, and Security stakeholders to define and evolve Joiner, Change, and Leaver workflows
• Recommend and deliver automated solutions to enhance speed, security, and auditability while protecting PII
• Build and maintain integrations between HR systems, Identity, ITSM, and endpoint management systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing infrastructure automation
• Experience in design and/or support roles for Windows Server and Active Directory environments
• Advanced PowerShell skills, with experience in Ansible and/or SaltStack
• Experience with REST APIs, data ETL, and workflow tooling
• Experience administering and improving Azure AD/Entra ID and identity lifecycle processes
