Senior Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Automation Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions using Java frameworks while collaborating with QA Analysts and development teams to enhance automated regression testing for critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions using Java-based frameworks
• Convert approved test scenarios and user stories into automated regression tests
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation test failures while participating in code reviews

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Automation Engineering or SQA Automation experience
• Strong Java 21 development experience
• Expert-level Selenium automation experience
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and coding best practices
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries for data validation and analysis
