Senior Automation Engineer
Job Summary
Leading automation delivery activities for DeltaV automation projects, the full-time Senior Automation Engineer will provide technical leadership to a small team, develop automation design deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders while working remotely from the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Lead automation delivery activities and provide technical direction to a team of automation engineers
- Develop Functional Specifications, Detailed Design Specifications, and other automation lifecycle documentation
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues during testing, commissioning, and startup activities
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of Life Sciences automation experience with Emerson DeltaV systems
- Experience in designing and developing automation lifecycle documentation
- Proven ability to lead small automation engineering teams and coordinate technical deliverables
- Understanding of GMP-regulated environments and automation project lifecycles
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
