Senior Automation QA Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and developing automation frameworks, the full-time Senior Automation QA Engineer will enhance existing frameworks, implement automated test scripts using the Playwright framework, and mentor the QA team in transitioning from manual to automated testing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop automation frameworks from scratch and enhance existing ones for comprehensive test coverage
• Collaborate with Software/Test Engineers and Product Managers to align automated testing with business objectives
• Perform in-depth analysis and debugging of automated test failures in partnership with development teams

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial experience in test automation
• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript programming
• Experience with Playwright and Cypress frameworks
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture and REST API
• Experience in setting up automation frameworks from scratch
