Senior Automation QA Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Automation QA Engineer/SDET to design and implement scalable automated testing frameworks and quality practices for a remote, full-time position in a B2B SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks for various testing types including functional, regression, and performance testing
• Own the regression testing strategy for critical customer-facing workflows and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor engineers on test design and automation standards while improving QA processes and culture within the organization

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in QA automation, SDET, or software engineering
• Proven experience in building QA processes and automation frameworks from the ground up
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or JMeter
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions
