Senior Automation QA Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a cross-functional development team, the full-time Senior Automation QA Engineer will architect test automation frameworks, develop automated functional UI and API tests, and integrate scripts into the CI/CD process while working remotely in India.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and develop automation frameworks from scratch
- Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline and maintain testing infrastructure
- Collaborate with the QA team to automate manual testing processes and ensure code quality
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in QA Automation for web and backend/API testing
- Solid skills in JavaScript and experience with testing frameworks like PlaywrightJS
- Experience in creating automation frameworks and test documentation
- Familiarity with continuous integration processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
