Senior Automation QA Lead

Job Summary

To support a cross-functional development team, the full-time Senior Automation QA Principal Lead will architect test automation frameworks, develop automated functional UI and API tests, and integrate automated scripts into the CI/CD process while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Architect test automation frameworks from scratch and develop automated functional UI tests & API/Service level tests
• Integrate automated scripts into the CI/CD process and maintain the automated testing infrastructure
• Define Quality Metrics and implement measurements to assess test effectiveness and overall product quality

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in QA Automation for web and backend/API testing
• Experience in creating automation frameworks from scratch and integrating test reporting tools
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with BDD, ATDD, and TDD approaches
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as PlaywrightJS and experience with CI/CD processes
• Good understanding of SQL and no-SQL databases, as well as version control systems like GIT
