Senior Automation Strategist
Job Summary
To support a growing UiPath Automation Team, the full-time Senior Automation Strategist will shape and implement strategies related to automation, data, analytics, and AI, driving cross-enterprise collaboration and transformation initiatives in a 100% remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate process mapping sessions and identify automation opportunities while separating symptoms from root causes
- Develop executive-level business cases, quantify benefits, and prioritize competing opportunities
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks while coordinating user acceptance testing and ensuring stakeholder signoffs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare or academic environments focused on process improvement and technology strategy
- Proven experience in business case development and defining ROI with senior stakeholders
- Expertise in business process design, requirements gathering, and technical documentation
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, or Agile
