Senior Automation Strategist
Job Summary
To support the growing UiPath Automation Team, the full-time Senior Automation Strategist will shape and implement strategies for automation, data analytics, and AI in healthcare environments while working remotely from eligible states.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate process discovery and analysis to identify automation opportunities and improve workflows
- Develop business cases and ROI metrics while prioritizing competing automation opportunities
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution of automation initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare or academic environments focused on process improvement and technology strategy
- Proven expertise in business process design, requirements gathering, and technical documentation
- Experience in building business cases and defining ROI with senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, or Agile
