Senior Automation Test Developer
Job Summary
Partnering with an engineering team, the contract Sr. Automation Test Developer will focus on developing test automation and executing manual test cases for the Research Data Atlas program in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute automated test scripts while also performing manual testing as needed
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure quality and functionality of applications
- Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree with at least 3 years of experience in software or test automation development, or an associate's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, or Java
- Experience with scripting languages like VB Script, Perl, Python, or TCL
- Familiarity with test management and automation tools, including Quality Center, Playwright, and Selenium
- Demonstrated ability to develop test plans and test cases effectively
