Senior Automation Tester

Job Summary

Leading the design and execution of automated test strategies, the contract Senior Automation Tester will develop automation scripts, expand regression test coverage, and support performance testing for healthcare claims processing, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases for dual-run claims validation in large-scale healthcare environments
• Design and implement automated test scripts to compare outputs between legacy systems and modern processing engines
• Analyze automated test results, document defects, and contribute to the variance dashboard for ongoing insights

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience with a BS/BA degree, 3 years with an MS/MA, or 0 years with a PhD
• Hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Java/Python)
• Experience validating data-intensive systems, preferably in claims processing
• Proven ability to analyze test failures and document defects in tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps Pipelines
