Senior Automation Testing Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the test strategy and automation infrastructure for a real-time voice AI platform, the full-time Senior Automation Testing Engineer will design and maintain automated test frameworks, enforce quality standards, and ensure compliance with healthcare requirements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test infrastructure for unit, integration, and performance testing
• Develop test frameworks and tooling to enable efficient and reliable testing across engineering teams
• Investigate production quality issues and drive root cause analysis and prevention efforts

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in software quality engineering with a focus on test automation
• Proven experience designing and owning test automation frameworks from the ground up
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or equivalent scripting languages
• Experience with CI/CD integration using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Deep understanding of testing strategies across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers
