Senior AWS Cloud Architect

Job Summary

To support a large-scale Order Management System engagement for an enterprise retail client, the full-time Senior AWS Cloud Solution Architect will lead the design of AWS cloud architecture, define integration patterns, and guide service selection while collaborating with senior developers and client stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AWS cloud architecture for a large-scale Order Management System platform
• Define scalable, secure, observable, and maintainable cloud architecture patterns
• Design event-driven and asynchronous integration patterns using AWS-native services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
• AWS certification preferred, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional
• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale systems on AWS
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS services such as EventBridge, API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, CloudWatch, IAM, and related cloud-native services
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code concepts, especially Terraform best practices
