Senior AWS Connect Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking experienced Senior AWS Connect Engineers for a remote contract position to design, develop, and implement complex enterprise software solutions, focusing on automating sales outreach calls and enhancing system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prototype software modules, including service interfaces and business logic, primarily using AWS Connect and Lambda functions
• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions while ensuring compliance with established standards and best practices
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to analyze user needs and create designs that meet both business and technical requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, or computer science, or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of related experience in software development
• Strong experience as an AWS Developer with proficiency in AWS Connect and AWS Lambda
• Experience evaluating and improving code quality and standards
• Knowledge of programming concepts and software design
