Senior AWS Developer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the part-time Senior AWS Developer will design, build, and maintain a secure and scalable cloud-based integration layer, enabling real-time data exchange across enterprise systems in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement RESTful APIs using Amazon API Gateway and backend services such as AWS Lambda and EC2
- Build and manage cloud-native data solutions using Amazon RDS, ensuring data integrity and reliability
- Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on AWS
- Hands-on experience with API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, and RDS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and integration patterns
- Experience implementing secure, compliant systems (ATO/FedRAMP preferred)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code
