Senior AWS Security Architect

Job Summary

Leading cloud security strategy and architecture, the full-time Senior AWS Security Architect will serve as a trusted advisor to client security leadership, designing secure AWS solutions and conducting security assessments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance on cloud security strategy, governance, and risk management to client leadership
• Design secure AWS architectures, focusing on networking, identity management, and cloud-native security controls
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to integrate security best practices throughout the cloud lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Security Architecture, or Cloud Security
• Deep expertise in AWS security services, IAM, and enterprise cloud security architecture
• Strong AWS networking experience, including VPCs and network segmentation
• Experience implementing enterprise security solutions, such as Palo Alto firewall technologies in AWS
• Proven ability to define security standards and lead large-scale cloud security initiatives
