Senior Azure Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the remaining on-prem-to-Azure migration effort, the contract Senior Azure Cloud Engineer will work remotely to enhance cloud engineering capabilities, focusing on Azure migration, infrastructure design, and providing Tier 2/Tier 3 support for complex cloud issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support on-prem-to-Azure lift-and-shift migration work and assist with Azure VM migration planning and execution
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure while providing Tier 2/Tier 3 support for cloud and connectivity issues
• Implement and maintain Terraform/IaC solutions and assist with CI/CD pipeline integration for infrastructure deployment

Required Qualifications

• Strong Azure infrastructure engineering experience
• Experience with Azure VM migration or hybrid-to-cloud migration projects
• Solid understanding of Azure networking, routing, DNS, and connectivity
• Experience with Entra ID / Azure AD and AVD troubleshooting or implementation
• Proficiency in Terraform / Infrastructure as Code and PowerShell or scripting
