Senior Azure Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

To support a managed services operating model, the full-time Senior Azure Cloud Engineer will act as a technical execution lead for Azure infrastructure, focusing on maintaining platform health, optimizing costs, and executing operational tasks in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day Azure infrastructure operations and provide Tier-3 support for complex cloud issues
• Deliver 24x7 monitoring of Azure infrastructure, proactively identifying issues and managing incident responses
• Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives and maintain cost visibility and reporting mechanisms

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Azure cloud engineering or infrastructure roles
• Proven experience with Azure cost optimization and FinOps practices
• Hands-on experience managing virtual machines (Windows & Linux) at scale
• Experience with Terraform and/or PowerShell for infrastructure automation
• Strong understanding of Azure compute, storage, networking, and security compliance
