Senior Azure Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Azure cloud architectures, the full-time Senior Azure Engineer will work remotely to establish engineering standards, drive cloud adoption, and ensure operational excellence while collaborating with various technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and resilient Azure cloud architectures
- Define and govern Azure landing zones, resource organization, and enterprise cloud standards
- Partner with Security teams to establish secure-by-design cloud architectures and governance frameworks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in cloud engineering or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
- Expert-level experience designing and implementing Azure solutions
- Advanced experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Azure-native automation tools
- Strong knowledge of Azure security frameworks and governance
- Proven ability to lead enterprise cloud transformation initiatives
